TITUS is currently searching for a full-time temporary (4 months) IT Support Specialist to join our Technical Support team. As a member of this team, you will provide server and desktop support to our global workforce for issues related to local computer problems (software/hardware), telephone issues, audio/visual/teleconferencing and network-related issues. Support will be provided in person, and via email and the telephone. In addition, this position will also contribute to our IT infrastructure growth and evolution.
