Partner Marketing Manager

The Partner Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting TITUS’ efforts to build and support a world-class ecosystem of partners. Your efforts will be focused on our Channel and Technology Go-to Market partners. You’ll work collaboratively with the Partner Ecosystem Team -- side-by-side with Channel, Business Development, Sales and Partner Ecosystem Managers -- on strategy and co-marketing enablement.

This is a cross-functional role, and you must have a diverse set of skills to both enjoy the role and achieve success. You will be tasked with developing relationships with partners and understanding their business models. From that crucial understanding of our unique value to one another, you will design creative co-marketing plans to build our brand, create demand, and help drive revenue. These plans should have a strong focus on goals from the start, as you will be driving their execution and measuring success.  The TITUS working environment is very dynamic, so you should be someone who thrives in a very fluid, fast-paced environment. You are ready to be pushed outside your comfort zone. You must be able to prioritize and manage your time and tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and directly manage the marketing-level relationships for strategic partners (primarily Tier 1 channel partners and technology go-to-market partners) and develop marketing communication plans including newsletters, webinars and product notifications.
  • Design, execute, and measure creative joint marketing plans to drive incremental revenue with strategic partners.
  • Collaborate with the rest of the marketing team (including demand generation, PR/AR, product marketing,) in the delivery of partner programs.
  • Become a subject matter expert on the TITUS use cases and value proposition for partners, and partner value props by territory.
  • Create demand generation and awareness campaigns as well as support Partner Sales with tactics as needed to drive net new partner opportunities.
  • Facilitate communication within TITUS and with partners about programs, co-marketing plans, and new processes.
  • Work with Sales Operations to track and report on the success of partner programs that are driving leads to partners through investment in marketing activities and through the Partner Portal.
  • Report on and analyze KPIs such as lead generation, pipeline impact, revenue, etc.

Requirements:

  • 5 - 7 years of channel marketing experience or marketing communications.
  • Broad marketing skills with capabilities in events, lead generation, PR etc.
  • Ability to think strategically as well as to act tactically.
  • Ability to balance multiple requirements in a fast paced environment.
  • Strong in developing processes and making things programmatic/thinking at scale.
  • You have a flexible attitude to work and can travel as required.
  • You "get" technology that drives and supports opportunity creation and management including LinkedIn, SalesForce.com, Marketo and others as-needed. 
  • Experience in security software and solutions an asset. 
  • Project management experience an asset.
  • You’re a proactive and thoughtful communicator - over the phone, through email, and on social media.
  • You’re a team player but can also work independently and make decisions.
  • Knowledge of how to work with sales in the field.
  • Ability to think outside the box and bring creative ideas to the table to support marketing efforts for TITUS and our partner community.
  • Experience managing a budget and comfortable with making key decisions to ensure ROI on budget spend.
