Inside Sales Associate (Dublin, Ohio)

We are expanding, so we are looking for talented, bright and ambitious people to join our sales team. You will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the very best Account Managers in the industry.

Upon the successful completion of your training program, you will be involved in the duties and activities listed below.

Duties:

  • Research potential customers to drive new business
  • Create new business development by cold calling and email marketing
  • Close collaboration with an Account Executive strategizing and developing prospecting plans.
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with C-Level executives
  • Educate prospective and existing customers regarding the TITUS product portfolio
  • Efficiently engage other internal functions and resources as required
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

 What you bring to the table:

  • You don’t need to be a technical genius, though we’ll expect you to be a very quick learner, highly organised, and able to keep up with new and emerging technologies.
  • Most importantly, you’ll be a clear and persuasive communicator, able to quickly build rapport with future customers.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • You will also need to build strong internal relationships with colleagues and product specialist.
