Enterprise Sales Executive (Chicago, IL)

TITUS is currently seeking an enthusiastic Enterprise Account Manager to join our global sales team within the North American region. We are looking for a self-motivated, results-orientated individual who is credible and comfortable dealing with senior IT professionals and above. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work effectively alone as well as part of a team.

Duties:

  • Represent TITUS across a defined set of accounts or territories
  • Hold responsibility for building new business opportunities
  • Manage the sales process from discovery through to negotiation and closing
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain accurate sales forecasts
  • Formulate new business strategies and implement tactical plans to achieve the assigned quota
  • Build and maintain consultative relationships with C-Level executives
  • Educate prospective and existing customers regarding the TITUS product portfolio
  • Engage channel and technology alliance partners as required
  • Efficiently engage other internal functions and resources as required
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned

 Required experience and skills:

  • Broad knowledge of IT software industry is essential and experience in the IT security market is highly desirable.
  • Will have a proven track record of at least five (5) years selling enterprise software solutions
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English 
  • Excellent account management and new business development experience
  • Demonstrated experience using MS Office and CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
  • Results orientated with the ability to exceed quotas and forecast effectively
