Technical Account Manager

TITUS Customer Support helps customers realize their full potential through faster deployment and productive use of TITUS Classification solutions. TITUS is currently seeking a Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our growing team. The Technical Account Manager works within TITUS Customer Support and acts as a trusted business advisor to TITUS’ customers, providing proactive customer service to maximize the business value of their TITUS investment. The TAM is responsible for the overall growth, quality and satisfaction of the customer’s support services relationship.


  • Create a trusted advisor relationship with key stakeholders within the customer organization, including IT Security staff, CSO, IT Managers and technology professionals
  • Be literate and conversant on TITUS solutions and the methods and procedures for its application
  • Provide proactive skills transfer, education, continuous product usage consultation, and industry best practices to ensure client success
  • Be the principal contact for the customer in the delivery of support services including Incident Management, Escalations and Proactive Remediation Services
  • Work with customers to ascertain their security priorities and set a long-term service delivery strategy that aligns to their business objectives
  • Demonstrate strong communications skills and imaginative, bold thinking in all situations
  • Lead teams comprised of TITUS, partners and customer resources engaged to meet the customer’s service operational goals
  • Display the confidence to manage executive relationships internally and with the customer to create business transformation


  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in an Enterprise support environment with a strong understanding of corporate account support needs and the support industry
  • Proven experience troubleshooting Microsoft Windows desktop and server applications with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications, Active Directory, Exchange, SQL and IIS
  • Strong organizational, communication, project management, negotiation, and problem solving skills
  • Fundamental knowledge of enterprise security products
  • Post-secondary education in Computer Science or Information Management is preferred
  • Knowledge of Microsoft SCCM for packaging and deployment would be considered an asset
