Sales Operations Administrator

This is a pivotal role within the TITUS sales organization.  The successful individual must possess the necessary skills to meet both internal and external demands of their time, as well as, superior sales process & customer management skills.  This individual will be expected to coordinate several tasks listed below, individually or combined.

The individual will be responsible for:

  • Order fulfillment
  • Software delivery, software updates and maintenance releases
  • Maintenance and customer information updates within Salesforce.com
  • Management of LiveChat
  • Management of incoming sales phone and email accounts
  • Answering customer inquiries and requests
  • Assistance with RFI, RFP, bid responses
  • Creation of reports and presentations
  • Contract creation
  • Creation of process documents

Requirements:

  • Experience in sales operations and sales support across a global customer base
  • Experience working with external customers, reseller and distribution partners
  • Detail oriented with ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with a sense of urgency
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Experience working with vendor online portals
  • College or University degree in administration
