Vice-President of Marketing

Leading an experienced team of individuals who are responsible for program marketing, product marketing, public relations, analyst relations, event management and website and design, you will oversee and drive global marketing initiatives for the organization.

The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience leading marketing initiatives within a $20M-$200M enterprise software company. This position has a broad scope and offers candidates the ability to have a significant impact on overall company performance. We’re looking for a strategic, high-energy team player who defines what needs to be done and then executes in an environment characterized by intensity, speed, collaboration and excellence.

Responsibilities:

Vision, Strategy and Leadership:

  • Develop and implement an integrated marketing and communications plan to advance TITUS brand identity and increase visibility across key stakeholder audiences;
  • Build an integrated marketing approach for our global markets to attract new customers and further engage existing ones;
  • Ensure the TITUS market positioning and messaging continually evolves to reflect our current and future vision;
  • Build the TITUS brand to drive awareness, relevance, reputation and esteem so that we are known as a thought leader offering best-of-breed solutions;
  • Facilitate quarterly marketing planning with key business units
  • Further develop our digital platform, leveraging account-based marketing and refining our lead generation approach;
  • Develop, drive and ensure alignment of the high-level marketing and brand strategy with the company’s strategic vision.

Operations:  

  • Develop, compile, measure, and interpret key metrics, including lead acquisition and conversation rates, tied to specific marketing campaigns;
  • Develop innovative campaigns that increase customer loyalty and turn them into product advocates;
  • Oversee ongoing development of marketing materials;
  • Oversee revitalization of TITUS website.

Team Development/Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day activities of the Marketing Department, including budgeting, planning and staff development;
  • Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement that values learning and a commitment to quality;
  • Mentor and develop staff using a supportive and collaborative approach.

The ideal candidate has the following qualifications:

  • A minimum of ten years experience in a senior management role;
  • Demonstrated experience and leadership in managing comprehensive strategic marketing and communications, media relations, and marketing programs;
  • Bachelor degree in marketing, communications, business, engineering, or a related field;
  • Polished communicator, comfortable with public speaking and has experience communicating directly with enterprise customers;
  • Experience leading a skilled marketing team, including managing international projects
  • Strong creative, strategic, organizational and personal skills;
  • Ability to set priorities, plan and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines;
  • Deep knowledge in planning, developing, implementing and measuring multi-channel demand generation including experience in SEO, agile marketing & marketing analytics;
  • Strong team player with results oriented approach and high degree of self-motivation;
  • Experience overseeing all facets of marketing, including marketing program development, product marketing, event planning, public and analyst relations.
