Salesforce.com Administrator

This is a pivotal role within the TITUS sales organization.  The individual must possess the necessary skills to meet both internal and external demands of their time, as well as, superior sales process & customer management skills.  As TITUS continues to grow, additional and current responsibilities will be adjusted in order to align with the priorities of the team and TITUS as a whole.  This individual will be expected to coordinate several tasks listed below, individually or combined.

Salesforce.com Administrator:

  • Administration of Salesforce CRM application including:
  • Report and dashboard creation and management
  • User and Role administration and maintenance
  • Programming and maintenance of Lead Assignment Rules
  • Creation of workflows
  • Maintenance of the Customer Portal
  • Designing, build, test and deploy enhancements to Salesforce custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards within Salesforce
  • First-line Salesforce trouble-shooting support      
  • Participation in the selection, testing, installation and maintenance of Apexchange applications based on User Needs
  • Management of special projects as assigned. This could include sales compensation, sales reporting tracking, ad-hoc reporting, etc …
  • Researching changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce.com and other integrated applications; provide recommendations when necessary to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Monitoring of data quality including data cleansing and maintenance
  • Creation of documentation and training materials and be able to effectively communicate to end users 

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years experience as a Salesforce.com administrator including use of APIs to integrate Salesforce.com with other tools – Salesforce Administrator Certification a requirement
  • 3-5 years experience with multi-national sales organizations
  • Experience with the Data Loader
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines
