Sales Operations Specialist

TITUS is seeking an enthusiastic, results-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to join our growing team.

 

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a pivotal role within the TITUS sales organization, utilizing superior sales process and customer management skills to meet internal and external customer demands. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring Salesforce.com administration and Sales Operations align with business priorities and support current and future growth at TITUS.

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for Salesforce.com Administration including:

  • Reporting and dashboard creation and management
  • Maintenance of User and Role administration, Customer Portal and
  • Programming and maintenance of Lead Assignment Rules
  • Designing, building, testing and deploying Salesforce enhancements to custom objects, page layouts, workflows, alerts, reports and complex dashboards
  • Participating in the selection, testing, installation and maintenance of Apexchange applications
  • Managing special projects, including sales compensation, reporting tracking and ad-hoc reporting
  • Trouble-shooting Salesforce as first line support      
  • Researching changes in upcoming versions of Salesforce.com and other integrated applications and provide recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity
  • Monitoring data quality including data cleansing and maintenance
  • Trouble-shooting Salesforce as first line support      
  • Creating documents and training materials and effectively communicate to end users 

 

The successful candidate will be responsible for Sales Operations including:

  • Fulfilling orders including order processing, software delivery, software updates and maintenance releases
  • Managing LiveChat and Incoming Sales phone and email accounts
  • Assisting with request for information (RFI), request for proposal (RFP) and bid responses
  • Attending events in support of current and future sales opportunities
  • Creating process documents for internal and external customers

 

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrable experience
  • 3-5 years’ experience in Salesforce.com administration including use of APIs to integrate Salesforce.com with other tools
  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales operations and sales support across a global customer base
  • Extensive experience with the Data Loader
  • Experience working with reseller and distribution partners
  • Demonstrated time-management skills with the ability to multi-task to meet multiple deadlines
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification
